Training course overview
- Training Dates: 26–31 March 2025 (including travel days)
- Location: Târgoviște, Romania
- Participants: 24 youth workers from EU member states and associated countries
What you will learn
This dynamic program is designed to empower youth workers by covering:
- Art-based methodologies: learn creative approaches to engage young people effectively.
- Youth participation: discover ways to promote active involvement and counter Euroscepticism.
- European values: advocate for democratic principles and inclusivity.
- Inclusion strategies: develop tools to involve disadvantaged youth in meaningful activities.
Our mission and objectives
The goal of this training is to:
- Equip youth workers with art-based methods and microlearning techniques to address EU-related topics.
- Counter Euroscepticism by promoting civic and democratic participation.
- Advocate for the inclusion of underrepresented youth in European initiatives.
- Strengthen young people’s understanding of European values and their role as active citizens.
The TC is based on the methodologies and results developed in EU for YOUth cooperation partnership project. Participants will receive a copy of the Manual developed in the project.

Are you eligible?
This Erasmus+ program is perfect for youth workers who:
- are 22 years or older.
- have at least 1 year of experience in youth work.
- are actively involved in a youth organization.
