Call for partners in the frame of Erasmus+ accreditation in the field of youth (KA151)
As part of the Erasmus+ accreditation in the field of youth, Asociația Be You is looking for partners from the programme countries for a series of already planned activities to be implemented between February and August 2025. You can find the specifics of the activities below.
If you are interested in joining as a partner, we kindly ask you to submit your application form before the 08-12-2024 at the latest.
Consortium composition
Experienced and beginners organisations in the Erasmus+ field, interested in Youth Participation topic. In the selection process we will consider geographical balance and experience in the topic.

Eligible countries
EU Members states: Belgium, Bulgaria, Czechia, Denmark, Germany, Estonia, Ireland, Greece, Spain, France, Croatia, Italy, Cyprus, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Hungary, Malta, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia, Slovakia, Finland, Sweden.
Other associated countries: Norway, Iceland, Lichtenstein, Turkey, North Macedonia, and Serbia.
Coordinator
The coordinator will be BE YOU, a Romanian NGO active in the youth field since 2015, leading projects on the topics of youth participation, youth empowerment, sport and well-being, digital transformation and entrepreneurship.
Description of activities
- A1. INFORMED AND INVOLVED: Media literacy for active youth engagement– Youth Exchange
Location: Târgoviște, Romania
Date: 17-22 February 2025 (excluding arrival and departure days)
Topic: Youth involvement in the community, media literacy
Target group/partner: 5 Young People (18-26) and 1 group leader (+18)
No. of organisation: 6
Objectives:
- to promote media literacy skills among young people.
- to increase youth interest in democratic life and decision making processes at local, national and European level.
- to develop youth critical thinking of young people.
- to develop the ability to critically evaluate media content and understand political and social events.
Short description:
The youth exchange aims to encourage and develop the critical skills of young people regarding media information, promoting active and informed involvement in civic and democratic life. The youth exchange will improve media literacy skills of young people, will empower youth to become more engaged in society, to become active and informed citizens connected to the social and political events around them in a very informed way.
- A2. “ART FOR EU VALUES” – Training course on using art based based methods to approach European values and other topics
Location: Târgoviște, Romania
Date: 27 March -01 April 2025 (excluding arrival and departure days)
Topic: Youth Participation, European values and Euroscepticism, art based methodology
Target group/partner: 3 youth workers per partner organization (22+ years old, no maximum age limit)
No. of organisation: 7 partner organisations
Objectives:
- To develop the competencies of youth workers to use art-based methods and microlearning principles in approaching EU topics.
- To counter Euroscepticism among youth, increasing civic and democratic participation.
- To foster inclusion of disadvantaged youth and engagement in European topics.
- To promote European values and human rights among young people.
Short description:
The training course emphasises the transformative power of art methods in youth empowerment and participation tackling Eurosceptic narratives among them.
Our approach is based on the studies that revealed that art-based activities stimulate civic and political engagement, reinforce common values, foster community involvement, and enhance the social and academic outcomes of young people, including disadvantaged youth. Art stands as a potent medium for young people to make sense of their experiences and construct their perceptions of themselves and the world that surrounds them.
The methodology will rely on the power of art and the activities will be based on art methods such as painting, photography, tailoring and theatre.
- A3. SMART START (Financial literacy and entrepreneurship in the digital era) – Youth Exchange
Location: Târgoviște, Romania
Date: 24-29 April 2025 (excluding arrival and departure days)
Topics: financial literacy, entrepreneurship, soft skills, digitalization, labor market
Target group/partner: 5 Young People (18-26) and 1 group leader (+18)

Objectives:
- To empower young participants with foundational knowledge in financial literacy and entrepreneurship by providing practical workshops on budgeting, saving, and starting a business.
- To foster the development of essential soft skills, including communication, problem-solving, teamwork, and adaptability, through interactive group activities and role-play scenarios.
- To develop important soft skills that will enhance entry on labour market and success on personal and professional level.
- To equip participants with basic digital skills relevant to today’s labor market, such as online research, social media literacy, and digital collaboration tools.
Short description: The youth exchange is focused on equipping young people with essential financial literacy, entrepreneurial skills, and digital competencies needed in today’s digital-driven labor market. Through interactive workshops, collaborative discussions, and practical exercises, participants will gain foundational knowledge in personal finance management, business creation, and digital tools that are crucial for modern entrepreneurship. The program also emphasizes the development of key soft skills—like communication, teamwork, and adaptability—that enhance participants’ readiness for career opportunities and foster a proactive approach to both professional and personal growth.
- A4. ACT TOGETHER: Forum Theatre for Inclusive Youth Work – training course
Location: Târgoviște, Romania
Date: 26-29 May 2025 (excluding arrival and departure days)
Topic: forum theatre, improvisational theatre, youth inclusion, social change and inclusive youth work
Target group/partner: 3 youth workers per partner organization (22+ years old, no maximum age limit)

Objectives:
- To explore effective and creative methods in engaging young people and develop their active citizenship skills.
- To understand improvization and forum theatre techniques as a tool to foster social change.
- To empower youth workers with forum theatre methodologies in the area of inclusive youth work.
- To provide space for participants to discuss and share best practices on youth inclusion and empowerment.
Short description:
“ACT TOGETHER” is an Erasmus training course designed to equip youth workers with skills in forum theatre—a dynamic and interactive methodology that uses theatre as a tool for empowerment, inclusion, and social change. This program focuses on teaching participants how to create and facilitate improvisational theatre performances that address issues of youth inclusion and social challenges. Through hands-on workshops and collaborative exercises, participants will learn to engage young people in meaningful dialogue, allowing them to voice their perspectives, confront biases, and explore solutions to real-life issues in a safe, creative space.
- A5. SOFT SKILLS FOR THE DIGITAL ERA
Location: Târgoviște, Romania
Date: 23-30 June 2025 (excluding arrival and departure days)
Topic: soft skills, digitalization, labour market
Target group/partner: 5 Young People (18-26) and 1 group leader (+18)

Objectives:
- To equip participants with essential communication skills tailored to digital platforms, focusing on clarity, active listening, and cultural awareness in virtual interactions.
- To strengthen participants’ adaptability and critical thinking skills through activities that simulate real-world digital challenges.
- To foster participants’ emotional intelligence and understanding of digital etiquette, including managing online relationships, showing empathy in virtual settings, and maintaining professionalism on social platforms.
Short description:
The youth exchange program is designed to prepare young people for the demands of communication and collaboration in the digital era. Participants will engage in workshops and group activities to build vital soft skills, such as effective online communication, adaptability, problem-solving, and emotional intelligence. Through this program, participants will learn how to communicate professionally and respectfully in digital spaces, adapt to remote working conditions, and collaborate across cultures with sensitivity and respect. By the end of the exchange, they will be empowered to thrive in digital and hybrid work environments, with a strong foundation in the soft skills essential for future career success.
Participants selection:
- Young people who are interested in the project topic and motivated to acquire knowledge and skills about community engagement.
Gender balance will be kept in the selection process of youngsters as much as possible.
Youth workers will be selected among the youth workers of the organization in case of training course mobilities.
Group leaders will be appointed by the partner organisations among their members.
- The selection is open to all young people following the description, regardless socioeconomic status, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation etc.
- This project involves a mixed background of participants including young people with disadvantaged backgrounds, facing socio economic, geographical and cultural obstacles and/or belonging to minority groups.
Follow up and reimbursement:
Specific obligations of the Partner in the mobilities:
- Involve own youth workers in TC (training course) mobilities;
- involve volunteers of the organization, young people from local community with whom they are developing regular activities;
- involve 1 group leader from the organization in YE (Youth Exchange);
- assure that all participants travel together with the group leader in case of YE;
- Take part in preparation, implementation, evaluation and follow-up stages of the entire project;
- carry out preparation activities of the sending group prior to the mobility;
- availability during the project in case participants or Coordinating organisation need;
- assumes full responsibility for the information provided regarding travel costs, the legality of all travel documents and the fair distribution of funds to participants if necessary;
- understands and agrees to keep the grant agreement for reimbursement of travel costs, the travel documents and annexes underlying it for a period of 5 years and undertakes to return part or all of the grant in the event of irregularities found out in any audit or financial control;
- assumes to organize follow-up activities where reintegration of the participants is supported and the mobility results are exploited. Also, assume to fill in the Dissemination form provided by the Coordinator.
- ensures measures aimed at enhancing the visibility of the project and the visibility of the Erasmus+ Programme in general;
- ensures the promotion and dissemination of project results during and after the activity through the web site of the organization, press releases, posts on social media and any other relevant activity.
Reimbursement:
Mobilities are Youth Exchanges and Training Course. According to the programme regulations the national group of participants shall travel all together accompanied by the group leaders.
The travel costs will be reimbursed up to travel distance band and Erasmus+ programme rules:
Travel distances in case of standard travel
- Between 100 and 499 KM: 211 EUR per participant
- Between 500 and 1999 KM: 309 EUR per participant
- Between 2000 and 2999 KM: 395 EUR per participant
Travel distances in case of green travel
- Between 100 and 499 KM: 285 EUR per participant
- Between 500 and 1999 KM: 417 EUR per participant
- Between 2000 and 2999 KM: 535 EUR per participant
NOTE: Green travel is considered the following means of transport: train and bus.
The money transfer for reimbursement is operated only by bank transfer to the Partner organization bank account (bank transfer to participants or third parties is not eligible) representing the reimbursement of participants’ travel costs.
Conditions for reimbursement
Reimbursement will be done after the end of the mobility, after participants and partner organization will accomplish their obligations:
- the participation in activities in a proportion of 100%
- all participants have the responsibility to fill evaluation forms and the group leaders have to fill in the Erasmus+ participants report that will receive on email
- Partner organizations collect and provide all travel documents to the coordinating organization

- filling in the Dissemination form – ANNEX 2
- fewer opportunities statement (where will be the case) – ANNEX 4
*Selected organizations will be invited to an online meeting and will receive full information and documents.
