SMART START
SMART START – Financial Literacy and Entrepreneurship in the Digital Era is a youth exchange funded by the Erasmus+ programme of the European Commission. The project is designed for young people aged 15–19 and aims to equip them with essential knowledge in financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and digital skills to better integrate into today’s labor market.
Participants will work together in an intercultural setting, developing entrepreneurial and soft skills through interactive workshops and peer learning.

Objectives
- to empower young participants with financial literacy and entrepreneurship skills through practical workshops.
- to foster essential soft skills like communication, problemsolving, teamwork, and adaptability.
- to enhance employability and personal development through key soft skills.
- to equip participants with digital competencies relevant to the modern labor market.
Participant profile
✔️ young people aged 15–19. 7 young people per partner organization + 1 group leader (over 18 years old) with youth coordination experience
✔️ Young people motivated to learn and engage in their communities
✔️ Participation is encouraged for youth with fewer opportunities (economic, social, cultural, or geographical barriers)
✔️ Gender balance will be respected during selection
