Call for Erasmus partners

Call for partnersCall for partners in the frame of Erasmus+ accreditation in the field of youth (KA151)

As part of the Erasmus+ accreditation in the field of youth, Asociația Be You is looking for partners from the programme countries for a series of already planned activities to be implemented in the upcoming year of 2026. You can find the specifics of the activities below.

If you are interested in joining as a partner, we kindly ask you to submit your application form before the 26th of January 2026.

Consortium composition

Experienced and beginners organisations in the Erasmus+ field, interested in Youth Participation topic. In the selection process we will consider geographical balance and experience in the topic.

Partner profile requirements

We are looking for organisations actively involved in the Erasmus programme at local level, with the capacity to involve participants from their immediate community. It is essential that partners involve only young people from the community where the organization is headquartered; national or external selections of participants are strictly not accepted, as all participants must come from the same locality as the organisation.

Partners should demonstrate the capacity to ensure that all participants travel and participate together, promoting a cohesive and inclusive experience. In addition, organisations should be able to involve group leaders from their staff for the Youth Exchange mobility activities. These leaders should have the capacity to coordinate the group effectively and ensure the smooth implementation of the activities.

For training courses, partners should involve only youth workers from their own organisation, without external or open selections, ensuring a dedicated and committed team.

In line with the Erasmus objectives, partners should actively promote inclusion, non-discrimination and equal opportunities, ensuring that mobility opportunities are accessible to diverse groups.

Additional conditions:

  • Proven experience in Erasmus projects or similar international activities.
  • Commitment to comply with the Erasmus guidelines and quality standards.
  • Ability to provide support and guidance to participants throughout all phases of the mobility.

We welcome organisations motivated to foster youth development at local level, promote intercultural learning and build long-term strategic partnerships within the Erasmus community.
